Remove deprecated API

  • remove org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Connection.Interface.Capabilities
  • remove org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Connection.Interface.Presence With this done, we will have no difference between connection.xml and svc-connection.xml, so may be it would be the right time to merge xmls (make service lib to rely on the main xml).
  • clean channel-factory.h.
