Line/Bar chart don't sort values along x-axis if their y-values are equal

I have an insight that intends to track user retention and how often people are picking up the app over a period of time. In the following image, there are a handful of users who have done something one time. ie, at the far left there are ~63 users who have launched a opened_app signal, and at the far right there are single users who have launched the app anywhere from 98 to 125+ times.

The issue is that my x-axis max value is an undefined value from the group of y-values that are all 1.
