Handling errors and retries when sending signals

Just getting started and loving TelemetryDeck so far!

Right off the bat when testing on my device I notice signals are failing to send because I have a DNS tracking/ad blocker on my device. All good there. However, it keeps retrying pretty aggressively.

I'm interested in a way to check the error details when sending a signal and then just call terminate.
