Add Orion Browser to OpenInOptions.swift

Hey, in this PR I want to add the Orion Browser to OpenInOptions.swift. I haven't had the chance to test it to see if it works because I couldn't test it on a device.

@PARAIPAN9 thanks so much for submitting this PR for Orion support in Telegram! I'm one of the iOS devs for Orion, and when I went to look into implementing this myself the other day I stumbled on your PR. Love seeing community supporters like you taking action to improve the experience for everyone.

@laktyushin, I was wondering what is required for PRs to be merged into Telegram-iOS. I didn't see a CONTRIBUTING file or instructions in the README. Anything we need to do to help with the PR process? Thanks so much.
