Image cropping issue

Description

Cropping issue. When I trying to crop only bottom of image it's crops also top.

Expected Behavior

When I want to crop only bottom it's must crop only bottom

Actual Behavior

Crops one side also crops other

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to crop only bottom of vertical image (with horisontal same problem but with left and right sides)
2. It will crop also top
3. And you can't go to top to "uncrop" it without reset position
