Low Microphone Volume in Calls on iPad

Description

Microphone volume is so low on iPad the other side cannot hear me, only if I connect a headset or bluetooth speaker it works

Expected Behavior

Mic volume should be normal

Actual Behavior

Mic volume too low

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a call on ipad
2. Other party will hardly hear you
