Order of First Name and Last Name

Description

The first name and last name are in wrong order on my device.

Expected Behavior

First name goes first and last name goes next when displaying people's name.

Actual Behavior

Last name goes first and first name goes next.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set iOS device's region to United Kingdom and Language to Chinese (Simplified)
2. Install and login telegram app
3. For all conatcts, their last name goes first and first name goes next. (e.g. For a people with First name John and last name Smith, it displayed as Smith John)

I guess the behavior is controlled by language setting or something? Can we have a switch for it?

Telegram is dead as fk. Just use First name field as what should placed first and so as Last. Or migrate to Matrix based apps or sth.

Nah I'm in UK, so I have to set UK as my iOS region, but I still prefer UI in Chinese Language, hence the problem.

I have this issue in telegram web too, I was searching for 黄小明 but it turns out to be 小明 黄, I had to go back and cut paste the character to the end and add an extra space too, quite a lot of work especially when I want to deal a lot with contacts.

I prefer to keep the existing english version (I am not in china) but I hope that the chinese contacts will still work. I don't mind the order is different as long as it still can be searched, but the issue is currently it can't.
