Integrate FlickType Keyboard for Apple Watch

FlickType is used by popular Apple Watch apps like Bear, Chirp for Twitter, Nano for Reddit, and WatchChat.

This PR integrates the official SDK so that Telegram can seamlessly interoperate with the FlickType app, which will appear as an alternative input option:

NOTE: FlickType uses universal links to seamlessly switch between your app and the FlickType Keyboard app, thus your watch extension target should be included in your apple-app-site-association as described in the documentation.

Still waiting for this pull request to be merged in the base branch. Would be really helpful for previous generation Apple Watch (prior to the Series 7 model) users that utilize Telegram. 🙏🏻
