[FEATURE REQUEST] Add column chat view and column folder view on iPadOS

Explanation

iPad's horizontal screenspace on landscape mode could be used to keep folders on the left, rather than the top, and increase the messages view by removing names and previews. On this example, an screenshot taken from the macOS X Swift app vs a screenshot taken on mi iPad 2018. I strongly belive iPadOS' telegram app could benefit from changing its layout

• Allows the user to see more folders without scrolling on the top
• Allows the user to see more of the current chat (eg: bigger photos, longer messages)
• Allows enough space for a right sidebar for stickers and emojis (as seen on the desktop app)
• Keeps the layout similar to the desktop app
• It could be optional, the same way as the desktop app

New to iPad mini and the layout I'm seeing here is surprising. Why is there no option to hide/minimise the sidebar? I want the chat window to occupy full screen space like I used to have on my android tablet.
