Description

On the following theme, the send icon on messages is not visible.

Expected Behavior

Should be clear and visible

Actual Behavior

The send Icon not visible properly

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install night mode theme: https://t.me/addtheme/XwleNLMvKoqeC9Xs
2. Go go chat, type something and check the visual of the send button
