Emoji panel occasionally becomes unscrollable after swipe

Description

Describe the issue that you are experiencing The emoji/sticker panel occasionally becomes unresponsive after being opened and swiped upward.
When this occurs, the emoji area cannot be scrolled and appears to be frozen.

The application itself does not crash, but the emoji panel remains stuck until it is closed and reopened.

Expected Behavior

Tell us what should happen The emoji/sticker panel should always remain responsive and scrollable when swiping, without becoming stuck.

Actual Behavior

Tell us what happens instead After opening the emoji panel and swiping up, the emoji area sometimes stops responding to swipe gestures and cannot be scrolled anymore.
The only way to recover is to tap the chat area above to close the emoji panel and then open it again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any chat
2. Tap the emoji button to open the emoji/sticker panel
3. Swipe up on the emoji/sticker panel
4. Occasionally, the emoji panel becomes unscrollable

Device: iPhone 17 Pro iOS version: 26.1, 26.2 App version: 12.2.4
