Cannot slide when Chat Folders exists

Description

Describe the issue that you are experiencing Cannot slide Chat for option when folders exists.

Expected Behavior

Chat option should still usable when chat folders exists.

Actual Behavior

Cannot trigger chat option by sliding left or right.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a chat folder
2. Go to the Chats tab and try to slide any chats left or right

Environment

Device: iPhone 16 Pro

iOS version: 26.0 Beta 3

App version: 11.3.2
