Failed to compile Project

I can not run project on simulator I have many times clear Bazel caches, remove Derived Data and rebuild project... Ran command line: git submodule sync --recursive git submodule update --init --recursive

Same issue as #1811 . By the way, don't compile the project in Xcode; use Bazel command to build instead.
