Bazel 7.3.1 SHA256 mismatch when building commit e5762bd

Hi, I'm trying to build the Telegram iOS project on commit e5762bd which requires Bazel 7.3.1.

I downloaded the bazel-7.3.1-darwin-x86_64 binary, but when I run Make.py, it fails because the SHA256 checksum doesn't match:

Bazel at ... does not match SHA256 ..., removing

Even though I have Bazel 7.3.1, it keeps getting deleted due to the hash mismatch.

Can someone please share the correct download URL for the Bazel 7.3.1 binary with the expected SHA256: 981f82a470bad1349322b6f51c9c6ffa0aa291dab1014fac411543c12e661dff?

Did you use Bazelisk?
