Polls: Multiple choice UX issue

Description

There's no clear way to distinguish multiple choice polls vs single choice.

Expected Behavior

There's an established convention on the web that single choice forms should be radio buttons (round, as is currently the case in Telegram), and multiple choice are square boxes.

Actual Behavior

All polls use "radio buttons"

1. Create a poll
