Description

When visiting any links under t.me domain I get a response saying the below

This site can’t be reached The connection was reset. Try:

Checking the connection ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

It responds with the button to open chat in app when using a vpn.

Expected Behavior

It shoud respond with the button to open chat in app.

Actual Behavior

The response is saying the below

This site can’t be reached The connection was reset. Try:

Checking the connection ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

The issue only occurs in my mobile device and not on other devices that are connected to the same network
