Description

When I set notifications to not display message content. Sometimes it still displays message content.

Expected Behavior

When I set notifications to not display message content for my privacy, I expect that to be respected 100% of the time.

Actual Behavior

When I set notification settings to not display message content, it sometimes still displays message content and onlysometimes follows the setting.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set notifications to not display message content
2. Receive new message notifications
3. Notice sometimes the notification properly obscures the message, and sometimes it displays the entire message still.

Environment

Device: iPhone 14 pro

iOS version: 17.6.1

App version: 11.1
