Infinite "updating" Notification

Description

There is "updating..." text on the top bar on menu and chats and it does not disappear until restarting the app. This bug has been in Telegram since I started to use the app years ago.

Expected Behavior

"Updating..." text should disapper after updating chats.

Actual Behavior

It keeps saying "Updating..." until I restart the app

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the app
2. "Updating" text comes up and stays still forever.
