Video Calls with low volume on first call

Description

Video calls through Telegram on iOS often have low volume, requiring to hang up and do a second call for the system volume to be picked up properly. Workaround found via https://www.reddit.com/r/Telegram/s/9PEHPNyIgQ

Expected Behavior

System volume is used at proper volume.

Actual Behavior

Volume during video calls is very quiet to a degree where the other person is not easy to understand.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Initiate a video call to a contact

Workaround

1. Initiate a video call to a contact
2. Hang up immediately (during ringing phase suffices)
3. Call again
