WebApp title does not update (at least upper and lower case)

Description

WebApp title does not update in iOS version (actually in macOS version as well) when update it in BotFather.

Expected Behavior

WebApp title should be updated (at least wrong case, upper does not become lower)

Actual Behavior

WebApp remains as before

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new webapp via BotFather
2. Name it
3. Change the name from AaaBbb to aaabbb
4. Check it in WebApp window header, when open with inline button, nothing changed

Environment

Device: iPhone 12 mini

iOS version: 17.1

App version: 10.2.3 (27571)
