Couldn't select CJK languages character in stories text card

Description

I only can input the spelling but can't select the character when i want to put a text card in my stories

Expected Behavior

In CJK languages we would spelling a character and select it like these:

Actual Behavior

But it went like these:

Steps to Reproduce

1. add a text card in a story
2. type some CJK languages

Environment

Device: iPhone XR

iOS version: 16 ~ 17.0.1

App version: since had stories function to 10.1
