One CJK character cannot be searched in Search Box

Description

One CJK character cannot be searched in the Search Box. I understand that, for English or non-CJK languages, searching for a word (example: "This" in the message "This is a boy.") is logical rather than searching for the character "T", as many results will come up. However, for CJK languages one character can already have meaning (Example: "桌" means table (noun), "玩" means play (verb), etc)

Expected Behavior

One Chinese character can be searched in the Search Box and the messages containing the word should appear in the search result.

Actual Behavior

The messages containing the character did not appear in the search results.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join this channel: https://t.me/testtelegramzone
2. search "測" in the Search Box, which the character is in the message posted on September 21. You can also try other CJK languages (Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese)
3. No message is found in the Search Result
