DNG pics aren't saved in Photos properly!

Description

When a "Raw Image Format" is shared as a file, you simply can't save them as their original format (DNG) in your Photos library ... The image converts to JPEG on the fly ... The issue is that DNG (Raw) images are designed for professional photography & the format isn't lossy while this isn't true about JPEG.

Expected Behavior

The image that was sent as a file of the format DNG must be saved in Photos library as a DNG image.

Actual Behavior

The image is saved with JPEG format in the library.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Share the file of a Raw captured image on Telegram.
2. Save the image.
3. View the image in Photos Library & check its format
