Can't set promotion channel for mt proto

Hello I recently created a MT proto server which works just fine and i added it to my proxies via @MTProxybot but when I try to set the promotion channel i get diffrent errors like MTProxy Admin Bot: Sorry, an error has occurred during your request. Please try again later. (Code 70136227)

I'm experiencing the exact same issue, but I'm at a loss as to how to resolve it. From my research online, it appears that changing the account might provide a solution, and this problem seems to be affecting newer accounts recently. I reached out to a friend with an older account, and they encountered the same problem. I've attempted to address it with three of my accounts, but the issue persists.
