Added 'make debug' target

Hi Everybody,

Several times I've faced a need to run MTProxy under GDB, and without make debug it takes to manual Makefile edit, which is not very handy. Also I've seen a number of questions on how to make "debug version" of MTProxy.

So here is an enhancement to Makefile that adds make debug target.
