How to always get the latest Telegram Bot API updates?

We are very grateful for the author's efforts to contribute to the C# community with a quality chat bot from Telegram. By the time of asking this question, Telegram chat bot has updated API version 7.4 while Telegram.Bot has just released version v20.0 only stopping at Telegram Bot v7.2 version. So, is there a way to always get regular updates of Telegram's API repository and bot?
