Why the ui is not maintained anymore?

There are a lot of issues and updates needed for the UI library as it's really perspective and is mentioned on the official Telegram website. So, the question is why developer don't improve it anymore?

Thank you for your issue. This library was initially developed under a grant and later open-sourced. We’re currently collecting feedback for the next grant to improve the library and fix issues. If you have suggestions for components or API improvements, feel free to share them

Spare us this. Your library is never supported. I think the library budget could have been given to the community in the form of a competition. So far you are just looking for ways to make money, and not putting in the work.

Any updates on the future of this lib? I see it was moved to a new org recently, does that mean we should expect any updates soon?
