Carousel navBalls look different in dark mode when inside/outside a ThemeVariant

Describe the bug

The carousel navBalls in dark mode are displayed different if they are inside an 'inverse' ThemeVariant.

What libraries are you seeing the problem on?

Steps to reproduce

1- Open https://bit.ly/carousel-navballs-mistica 2- Toggle dark mode

Expected behavior

In dark mode, the carousel navBalls should always display the 'inverse' mode (the white ones instead of the brand color ones), regardless of being in an inverse ThemeVariant, to improve accessibility.
