Feature request: RFFE 2G module implimentation in RTC mode

Describe the solution you'd like This issue is related to Autotest ECT054 test case

1. The purpose of this test case is to validate the 2G Module in RTC Mode
2. Command and msgframe will implement for RTC mode into host
3. Functionality needs to implement RTC time set/read using AT command into Firmaware.
4. To implement it Initially Tiva shall keep the 2G Module in Idle Mode by providing necessary power signals in POWER_ON and 2GMODULE_POWEROFF
5. Tiva shall read the RTC time when the 2G Module working in Idle mode using AT commands
6. Now Tiva shall keep the 2G Module in RTC Mode by disabling the VBAT signal to 2G Module i.e 2GMODULE_POWEROFF. And it shall be kept in RTC mode for few minutes
7. Now Tiva again bring back the 2G Module to Idle Mode and reads out the RTC time and verifies the RTC which ran properly in RTC Mode
