Describe the solution you'd like This issue is related to Autotest ECT138 test case.

1. The purpose of this test case is to validate the I2C to UART module by transmitting and receiving bytes
2. To implement it, enable Tiva – I2C to UART interrupt for both transmitting and receiving data from I2C to UART module
