Feature request: Temperature sensor in Comparator mode

Describe the solution you'd like This issue is related to Autotest ECT140 test case.

1. This functionality needs to be implement to operate temperature sensor in Comparator mode.
2. In Comparator mode interrupt or alert will automatically clear only when value of a parameter goes below to threshold limit.
3. To implement it, one needs to configure the configuration register of a sensor for this mode.
