Firmware/OCWare Describe the solution you'd like Driver should support validating the magic byte, table version info, and checksums.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Instead of relying on a specific offset in EEPROM, we need to write a proper driver to retrieve / validate data through the use of the OC-DB table.
