libtuxproc.so not found

I compiled tuxdump as explained, but I'm not able to run it. I get the following error every time: ./tuxdump: error while loading shared libraries: libtuxproc.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Edit: I'm using Kali Linux 2021.4
