Aemulus not correctly installing all mods

Basically, sometimes, for no reason, when a mod is check down for installation, it won't install it and in order to have it installed, you need to manually copy the files of the mod into your aemulus output folder (that just happened to me with widescreen font fix P3HD version). According to stavaasEVG, it happens randomly and not to every person so if I may serve as a guinea pig on testing fixes, then I'll do it.

How to reproduce it ? : Step 1 : Be a black cat, I guess... Step 2 : Please refer to step 1.
