[Bug] File manager actions fail with spaced file names

Describe the bug Files that have leading whitespace in the name causes file manager actions to fail.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a file starting with a space in the name
2. Try to use file actions on the file

Expected behavior The file actions should work as normal.
