Conda package for tracer

Hello,

I am helping @hkoohy to install tracer, and was wondering whether somebody has been working on a conda package for it. If not, I am happy to build a conda package for tracer. Would you be happy to answer some questions in case of issues?

Hi Sebastian

There has not been any work to date on a conda package - but I agree that it will be a good idea to have something in BioConda.

I will be happy to help you out with any issues.

I am getting:

pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'tracer==0.5' distribution was not found and is required by the application

Could you please have a look here and let me know what could be the problem?

Hi @boombard @sebastian-luna-valero did you solve the "The 'tracer==0.5' distribution was not found and is required by the application" problem? I am having the same issue.
