error in analysis using self database

Dears,

I have encountered a problem when using self-generated database. The errors seems like this :

Is anyone have any idea of what's going on and how to solve it ? I am using cellphonedb v2.0.0 under python 3.9 numpy 1.22.3

Before running on self-generated database, I have successfully run the same pipeline with default pipeline using the same environment and input file. All seems ok.
