expected runtime

Hi,

I am interested in looking at interaction between subtypes with about 200. Are there any metrics for the expected runtime of the algorithm? I ran it for a few hours and it didn't finish. I'm wondering if this is even feasible with the current approach.

Had a similar question. I'm wondering about expected runtime for ~10k cells; 10 subtypes and how runtime scales with the number of subtypes.
