Hitscan Spells (heal, combust etc) only Work when Aiming at the Feet of the Entity

Can confirm that this is an issue with 0.11.5 in MC 1.12.2. Especially crucial when attempting to use healing spells on other players.

Config Option for Shield with Paladin Class
