is it still possible to create the report on aws?
looks like the form has changed and you can no longer format the report as required by ice.. is there still a way to get the report generated properly or is ice EOL ?
*Comprehensive EC2 Instance usage data is now available in Cost Explorer. To access the older version of the EC2 Instance Usage Report, click here. Please note that this report is scheduled to be retired by 6/30/2017.
ICE is using another report, the Detailled Billing Report with Resources and Tags (zipped CSV file) which is a lot more detailled and is still available (and won't disappear any time soon).
Are you having issues getting ICE to display your cost and usage data ?
