Using diagnostic port 9998

Hello! Can you give us information regarding the use of port 9998? I am not on site at the moment and the gateway is not responding. Unfortunately, a restart via Shelly Plug did not help, but the gateway is generally accessible via WiFi. I fear that there is a hardware problem (cold solder joint). However, the functionality of port 9998 would still be interesting...
