[UI Enhancement] - Dark Mode

Hey there! Thanks for maintaining this awesome project. I have a small request for the UI which you already know from the title. I think it would be great if Technitium came with a dark theme out of the box, it just looks so much more modern and also my eyes are being blinded at night 👓

@devipasigner I have posted a possible solution to your 'dark mode' option in #56 .

The colours are all defined in CSS, and you can modify the main.css file (make a backup first!).

Or simply use the 'Dark Reader' browser extension. Works for all web sites.

Don't know if there is still interest for this, but I would also be happy to see a dark mode some day. Else the overlay is nearly perfect already, the first DHCP and DNS server I like to administrate :)

Probably there could be three options when it would be added at some point?

• Use light system theme
• Use dark system theme
• Use system theme based on browser settings (e.g. Firefox is in light or dark mode)

@brokoler Its a good to have feature but not being prioritized for now due to many features already planned.
