At least the method "WinDivertHelperCalcChecksums" is not compatible with WinDivert Version 1.4.0 release candidate

@demon-iak I'm sure there are issues because as WinDivert author clearly says, he does not yet follow semantic versioning and there's certainly things not backward compatible in that new version.

Look at https://github.com/TechnikEmpire/DivertPInvoke. This project is 100X harder to maintain than editing a single CS file.
