enhancement: clone from a different pack

While updating my modpack I clone my server, update mods, like everyone else, and am using a "test modpack" listing on technic. When I am done updating and getting everything to work, I'd like to be able to clone (or publish) my test mudpack to the production mudpack.

Why not use the private build feature to achieve this? My workflow goes like this for new releases:

1. Clone the latest build of my modpack
2. Set the cloned build as published and private
3. Make adjustments to private build, test, adjust, test, etc until the build is ready
4. Set the new build as latest and clear the private flag
5. Give early adopters a chance to play with it and find hidden problems (start over at step 1 if this happens)
6. Make the now well tested build recommended and update any servers if necessary

I almost always just skip past step 5 since the number of deployments of my modpacks are small, but its probably a good idea on more widely used packs.

@GenPage, might I suggest we close this enhancement? The above workflow should cover lymem's particular use case and #12 is being worked on for doing real base modpacks.
