Feature Request: Move green notification zone up higher
As it stands now when you change a mod, or property on a modpack at the versions screen a green notifier bubble appears at the top of the page and moves everything down one or two until it fades off and then everything slides back into place.
Either make the bubble truly float on the page or move it into a block that is more static. For instance right after the words "Modpack Management"

The other place where it should be moved is at the Modpack Management screen. I suggest again moving the update bubble so that it appears right after the words "Modpack Management", or make it a true floater.

No,
Up there is a heading for the page/section that you are in. It breaks semantics to move it.
The update is scoped to the modpack you are asking. Not to the site.
Are you even a developer? Based on what you are saying you could have said ...
"Wow, that's a great idea, but because of the scoping, let's move it next to modpack name itself in the gray bar."
So it's been about two weeks, apparently there are no active developers on this. Thankfully I know html, php and the various other stuff this is built on, I'll be doing a pull request soon and implementing all of my features and maybe that one for the changelog as well.
Hopefully, someone can see it in there good graces to allow my upcoming to changes to merge into the main branch.
i am a developer and a designer. the bubble is perfectly fine where it is and makes no semantic sense to be higher on the page.
the update occurs on the pack and not on "modpack management"
active developers are working on more important things.
id suggest curtailing your attitude if you want pull requests to be accepted
From a user point of view, that bubble pops the whole page down when updating recommended builds, then going to click on latest build right after, the bubble disappears, the whole page moves up and you select the wrong one. Not a huge deal, it just requires patience if you want to change lots of things somewhat quickly. I can live with it. (I will agree that this is not top priority however) I am just confirming that it's definitely not (quote)"perfect".
The UI does need a dire refreshing however it is not a pressing issue at this time. The issue is noted.
