[REQ] Custom Single-Client only JVM args

I was wondering if this would be possible to have or add, because currently there are some computers that have an error that the only solution Forge provides is to add a JVM argument. I think it is annoying to have to extract the modpack.jar and change the modpack JSON on that client every time the pack updates. I also don't think changing it on the whole pack just because a single computer is having a problem is the correct way to do this. This would probably get saved by the launcher on a per-pack basis.

Hey janandjohn3, Users will be able to provide JVM args as a launcher option in the new Launcher V3 update. We hope to provide a release date soon. Its currently in closed alpha.
