Launcher Options > Java Settings > Java Args don't get passed to JVM

@Zidane, @Kashike and @Dockter all tested, the custom arguments put into "Java Args" are not passed to the JVM at launch.

This can be confirmed by using Process Explorer to inspect the startup line. The log also proves this.
