Feature Request: Ability for Woodcutter to handle upside-down trees

I would like to be able to farm Natura Bloodwood trees using a woodcutting cart, but it seems the woodcutter does not search downward when cutting a tree so if the cart is positioned at sapling height it'll just remove the top layer of the tree and continue onwards. Would it be possible to add compatibility for downwards-growing trees (perhaps with a GUI toggle if needed)?
