[Feature]: Replace Chakra UI elements with Tailwind CSS in Hire Chad Page

Currently, the Hire Chad page (being built from the work done in the Contact Us Page) is using Chakra UI elements for the layout. These would need to be removed and replaced with Tailwind classes preferably.

Remove the instances of Chakra UI and replace them with Tailwind classes.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

ShadCN does have some layout elements but I would prefer using Tailwind classes.

Teachability, Documentation, Adoption, Migration Strategy If you can, explain how users will be able to use this and possibly write out a version in the docs. Maybe a screenshot or design?
