To begin the migration from Chakra UI to ShadCN, we need to set up it in the project. This is the issue to accomplish that goal in.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you @dev-phantom. Do you have the branch you're working on by any chance? I'm honestly not sure what's going on here.
Just want to make a quick note that instead of Preline, we're going to go with ShadCN instead.
